These terms apply to use of the BRENTEK website and to enquiries or transactions relating to computer education, laptop/IT services and nursery/plant products. Specific written quotations, invoices or service agreements may contain additional terms.
1. Website Use
- Use the website only for lawful purposes and provide accurate information in forms.
- Do not attempt to damage, bypass, scrape, abuse or gain unauthorised access to website systems.
- Website content, prices and availability may change without prior notice.
2. Laptop Rental and IT Services
- Rental availability, model, configuration, rental period, deposit, delivery and charges are confirmed before equipment handover.
- The renter is responsible for reasonable care of rented equipment during the agreed rental period.
- Loss, theft, liquid damage, physical damage, unauthorised modification or missing accessories may result in applicable repair or replacement charges as stated in the quotation/agreement.
- Equipment must be returned on the agreed date and in the agreed condition, subject to normal wear and tear.
- Identification, address and security/deposit requirements may apply depending on the transaction.
3. Computer Courses and Admissions
- Programme duration, syllabus, class schedule, certification and fee structure are based on the programme information or admission confirmation provided at enrolment.
- Students are responsible for providing correct admission information and following academy rules.
- Certificates are issued only when the applicable course requirements are completed.
- Any “Free AI Course” or free test offer is subject to the eligibility, admission and enrolment conditions displayed with that offer.
4. Nursery Plants and Orders
- Plant variety, size, pot/container, season and availability can affect the final product supplied.
- Natural variation in leaves, colour, height and shape is normal for living plants.
- Delivery charges and delivery areas are confirmed before dispatch.
- Customers should follow reasonable care instructions after receiving plants.
5. Prices, Taxes and Charges
Where applicable, the website, quotation or invoice should identify the product/service price and whether GST, delivery, installation, security deposit or other charges are included or additional. A final transaction price is the amount confirmed at booking, quotation or invoice stage.
6. Payments
Payments must be made through the payment method communicated by BRENTEK. Customers should retain payment confirmation, invoice or receipt for their records.
7. Third-Party Services
The website may use third-party services such as payment, hosting, maps, messaging, analytics or external links. Their own terms and privacy policies may also apply.
8. Limitation
